Position Overview
The Quality Management Director will ensure consistent project quality across field operations, develop QA/QC processes, lead quality audits, and liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the company’s quality management and assurance programs
Conduct audits on active projects, provide training and corrective action plans
Working closely with project teams to ensure compliance with drawing standards, codes and specifications
Report to senior leadership on quality metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years in a quality role
Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, inspections and defect prevention
Leadership, training and communication skills
