Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, providing top-notch service and building strong relationships.
• Handle all aspects of employee benefits processing, including applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Collaborate with underwriters, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits plan implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in insurance management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
