Employment Law Attorney – Seattle, WA
A highly regarded law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role handling complex employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage employment litigation cases from start to finish
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research
Counsel clients on employment policies and compliance strategies
Negotiate settlements and participate in strategic planning
Mentor junior attorneys and support firm-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Washington State Bar membership
Minimum 5 years of employment law experience
Proven first-chair trial experience
Strong litigation skills, including depositions and motions practice
Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
