Job Title: Plaintiff's Attorney

Experience: Mid level or Senior Attorney
Location: Houston, TX. The firm is loctated close to downtown Houston.

A highly regarded law firm in Houston is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with at least five years of personal injury and/or commercial plaintiff experience. The firm is looking for someone with strong litigation skills, trial experience, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• The Plaintiff’s Attorney will draft pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and trial briefs.
• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Represent clients in trial when settlement is not in their best interest.
• Handle a litigation caseload of 30-40 cases in personal injury and commercial dockets.
• Handle a caseload of 30-40 pre litigation cases.
• The Plaintiff’s Attorney should have 5+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• This firm seeks a Plaintiff’s Attorney who is driven, strategic, and capable of handling complex litigation.
