Job Description

Job Title: PAGA Employment Lawyer

We are partnering with a top-tier, multi-practice law firm with offices across California to find an experienced Employment Lawyer specializing in PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims. This is a remote role, with occasional in-office requirements. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in PAGA law and a proven track record of handling complex employment litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in PAGA law
  • Jury trial experience is preferred
  • Must be licensed to practice law in California
  • Must reside in California and be open to occasional office visits
  • Strong expertise in employment law and PAGA claims
