About the Opportunity:
This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment but values balance and flexibility. You’ll handle your own caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters and work closely with clients, adjusters, and colleagues to deliver strong results.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation defense cases from start to finish
Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings as necessary
Draft motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Provide legal analysis and strategic advice to clients
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice in [State]
Minimum of 3 years of workers’ compensation defense experience
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
