Job Description

An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial projects across Texas and the Southwest. With over 20 years in the industry, this firm delivers large-scale industrial, retail, medical, mixed-use, and institutional projects and is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across all project phases.

  • Review and track budgets, schedules, and contracts.

  • Coordinate with owners, design professionals, and field staff to maintain communication and accountability.

  • Promote and enforce company safety standards on all job sites.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($5M+ range).

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in industrial, retail, or mixed-use projects a plus.
