Estimator – Concrete Structures / Bridges
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team specializing in concrete structures and bridge construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating self-performed concrete work for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for bridge, structural concrete, and related civil projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost breakdowns
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
Collaborate with project managers and engineers during bid preparation and project turnover
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience estimating bridge or structural concrete projects
Strong understanding of heavy civil and structural concrete construction methods
Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid is a plus (not required)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work fully on-site (no remote work available)
