We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our team, specializing in high-end custom homes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing custom cabinetry and built-in furniture that complement luxurious residential interiors. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to transform concepts into elegant, functional designs that enhance our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cabinet designs and layouts for custom homes using CAD and design software.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand design goals and requirements.
- Create precise drawings, renderings, and specifications that meet high-end quality standards.
- Ensure designs adhere to building codes, material specifications, and client expectations.
- Provide solutions to design challenges by selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Participate in project meetings and provide design insights to contribute to overall project success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations in cabinetry.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in cabinet design for high-end custom homes or luxury residential projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and construction techniques.
- Excellent visual, technical, and creative design skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
