Senior Project Manager – Land Development

What You’ll Do

• Manage land development projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with engineering teams, municipalities, and residential/commercial clients
• Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and design standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Support market growth and strategic initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of land development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license
• Strong technical and project management skills
• Established relationships within the development and municipal community
