Project Manager – Industrial Towers

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in managing structural construction projects, particularly in industrial tower installation, maintenance, and repair. This is a hands-on leadership role that oversees all phases of the project lifecycle—from client consultation and estimating to scheduling, installation, and final closeout.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meet with customers to assess project scope, site conditions, and timelines
• Oversee tank and tower construction projects from start to finish
• Lead coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
• Supervise regional Installers and Project Coordinators
• Create and manage project schedules, adjusting as needed to maintain on-time delivery
• Prepare and review estimates, quotes, and change orders
• Conduct site audits and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, maintaining regular updates and reports
• Track project costs, timelines, and margins while driving efficiency
• Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately, including floor plans, specs, reports, and safety records
• Support pre-construction planning and post-project closeout processes
• Travel to job sites as needed across the region

What You Bring:

• 2-year degree or equivalent industry training
• 4–6 years of experience in construction, preferably in industrial or structural steel projects
• Strong background in project management and coordination
• Familiarity with code and safety requirements for elevated tanks and tower structures
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and balance shifting priorities
• Detail-focused and highly accountable
