Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee major commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, manage the project team, maintain client relationships, control budget & schedule, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple commercial builds in the $10M-$60M range
Direct budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and change orders
Serve as the client interface and lead status meetings
Mentor project managers and coordinate with senior leadership for strategic delivery
Ensure project delivery adheres to company safety, quality, and sustainability programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
10+ years of commercial construction project management leadership
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project or similar software
