HR Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of Human Resources and office administration.
  • Utilize HRIS and other platforms effectively.
  • Source, recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
  • Coordinate meetings and company events.
  • Maintain open and positive employee communications.
  • Administer benefit enrollment, leave management, and payroll approvals.
  • Manage policies, employee handbooks, and support inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive company culture.

HR Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bilingual- Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
