What You'll Do:

  • Lead mechanical (HVAC & plumbing) design/build projects from preconstruction through completion

  • Provide accurate estimates and develop budgets, scopes, and schedules

  • Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Review drawings, manage design processes, and oversee coordination of all project phases

  • Ensure quality control, safety, compliance, and profitability throughout each project

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, estimating, and project management

  • Proven expertise in design/build delivery for HVAC and plumbing systems

  • Deep understanding of preconstruction planning, MEP systems, budgets, and construction sequencing

  • Strong client communication and team leadership abilities

  • LEED experience a plus (but not required)
