Job Description

A well-established manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team on 1st shift (Monday–Friday). This role supports a highly automated operation (70–80% automated) and offers a mix of hands-on mechanical work and electrical troubleshooting in a plant that continues to invest in upgrades and modernization.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose issues with PLCs, conveyors, and motors
• Respond to equipment downtime and execute timely repairs
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Work across both newly renovated equipment/areas and some legacy systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, conveyors, and motors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a mix of modern and older equipment environments
