We are actively seeking a trial-tested attorney with 5+ years of experience in catastrophic personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record handling high-stakes cases from intake through trial or settlement, with deep expertise in:

• Motor Vehicle Accidents
• Workers’ Compensation
• Medical Malpractice
• Construction Accidents
• Product Liability
• Wrongful Death and other serious injury cases

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of complex personal injury matters
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for depositions and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Advocate passionately in court and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in catastrophic personal injury litigation
• Exceptional litigation, negotiation, and trial skills
• Strong writing, organizational, and client-relations skills
• A results-driven mindset and commitment to justice
