Corporate M&A Attorney: Lead Middle-Market Deals with Hybrid Flexibility in Philadelphia

We are working with a highly regarded Philadelphia law firm that is seeking a mid-level Corporate M&A Attorney with 4+ years of experience. The corporate group represents strategic buyers, private equity funds, and family-owned businesses in middle-market transactions across a range of industries.

This is a hybrid role based in Center City Philadelphia, with in-office collaboration balanced by the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents
• Coordinate due diligence and multidisciplinary deal teams
• Advise on private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Counsel clients on governance and general corporate matters
• Mentor junior associates and manage transaction timelines

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of M&A or corporate transactional experience
• Middle-market deal experience preferred
• Ability to manage transactions from start to finish
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
