Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with trust and estate transactions, including drafting documents and preparing filings.
Support litigation matters related to trusts and estates.
Conduct research, organize case materials, and maintain client files.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other professionals.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of Trust & Estate law.
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools preferred.
