What You’ll Do:

  • Lead complex water resource projects across planning, design, permitting, and construction phases, ensuring technical excellence and quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and direct junior to mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental leads and managers to achieve project objectives and maintain client relationships.
  • Uphold best practices and technical standards, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as a positive representative of the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide problem-solving expertise, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless client interaction and project success.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of related experience in water resource or civil/environmental engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) or EIT license.
  • Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design, public works, and water resource systems.
  • Proficiency in construction calculations, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of field instrumentation and technical software, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Commitment to quality with a motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented mindset.
