Commercial Litigation Attorney: Sophisticated Business Disputes in Pasadena

Our client, a well-regarded Southern California firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Pasadena office. The group handles business, contract, partnership, and real estate disputes for closely held companies, executives, and entrepreneurs throughout Los Angeles County.

This is an in-office role in Pasadena, where you will work closely with partners and a collaborative litigation team.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial litigation matters from pleadings through trial or arbitration
• Draft motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Counsel clients on litigation risk and business goals
• Work with partners on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Comfort managing files with meaningful independence
• Commitment to working in office as part of a collaborative team
