I’m conducting a search for an experienced Commercial Lender to join a growing, financially strong community bank in the Lubbock market. This is an opportunity for a relationship-focused lender who is well connected locally and wants to help grow a strong commercial banking presence.

The ideal candidate:

• Established relationships within the Lubbock/Levelland market
• Proven business development and new-money generation
• Strong background in C&I and CRE
• Experience with full-cycle commercial lending and portfolio management preferred
• Strong understanding of credit and risk analysis
• Relationship banker who values long-term client partnerships
• Proven production matters more than a specific number of years in banking

This position is of need due to growth. The bank has an desire to add an accomplished lender who can develop new relationships and capitalize on opportunities in the market.
