We are currently seeking a skilled LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of fostering affordable housing initiatives.

Position Overview: As a LIHTC Attorney at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on matters related to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, tax incentives, and real estate transactions, along with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a LIHTC Attorney.
• In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations, tax laws, and real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
