One of our top clients is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join their dynamic team. As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in providing comprehensive legal services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist with client intake and document preparation
• Manage and organize client files
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents
• Assist with probate and estate administration processes

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software and research databases  
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in estate planning law is preferred
