Great HVAC Service Technician Opportunity in Wisconsin! 

• 3+ yrs of experience - open to residential candidates looking to move into commercial work

• controls experience a plus

• hospitals, offices, retail, and warehouses

• Prefer someone local or someone who has lived there previously

• They have low turnover and are looking for candidates with a stable work history.

Looking for candidates with backgrounds in estimating, project management, service sales, or a mix of technical and client-facing roles.  Field experience valued…candidates with a technician/installer background who’ve transitioned into sales or project roles tend to do well.
