Labor & Employment Attorney: Fully Remote Management-Side Practice Supporting Tallahassee

Our client, a respected Florida employment law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Tallahassee practice. The team represents employers, including public entities and private companies, in discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower matters, and provides day-to-day workplace counseling.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel to Tallahassee or other Florida venues for hearings, mediations, or trial as needed.

What You'll Do

• Defend employers in state and federal court and before the EEOC and FCHR
• Draft position statements, motions, discovery, and dispositive briefs
• Take and defend depositions and attend mediations
• Counsel clients on policies, handbooks, investigations, and terminations
• Conduct training sessions for HR teams and managers

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience, preferably on the management side
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel within Florida for key case events
