Plaintiff Litigation Attorney
Orlando, FL | Broad litigation exposure | Real estate, HOA & construction matters

A dynamic and well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Orlando is seeking a motivated litigation attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in general civil litigation, particularly with exposure to HOA/COA disputes, construction issues, or real estate transactions.

The firm offers a steady caseload, collaborative environment, and the opportunity to take ownership of files from day one. If you’re looking to grow your litigation skills across a variety of complex matters, this could be the right fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving HOA disputes, construction claims, real estate matters, and other civil litigation

  • Handle court appearances, mediations, and depositions

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

  • Work closely with clients to develop litigation strategies and deliver effective results

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive, client-focused environment

What we’re looking for:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

  • Background in HOA, construction, or real estate litigation is a strong plus

  • Comfortable managing cases independently from pre-suit through trial prep

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
