A dynamic and well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Orlando is seeking a motivated litigation attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in general civil litigation, particularly with exposure to HOA/COA disputes, construction issues, or real estate transactions.

What you’ll do:
Manage a diverse caseload involving HOA disputes, construction claims, real estate matters, and other civil litigation
Handle court appearances, mediations, and depositions
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Work closely with clients to develop litigation strategies and deliver effective results
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive, client-focused environment
What we’re looking for:
J.D. from an accredited law school
3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Background in HOA, construction, or real estate litigation is a strong plus
Comfortable managing cases independently from pre-suit through trial prep
Strong communication and organizational skills
