We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee daily planning and replenishment across key business segments, including Retail, Frozen, and Dry Supply Chains. This role blends hands-on planning with team leadership, ensuring product availability, data accuracy, and process efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day planning, purchase orders, and inventory levels for 1–2 business segments.
Maintain accurate ERP data and align production schedules with service goals.
Analyze demand vs. forecast, address outliers, and collaborate with sales and suppliers.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of planners.
Drive process improvements, track KPIs, and ensure best practices in planning and ERP usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning (CPG/Food industry preferred).
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong ERP, inventory management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred: Experience with frozen, refrigerated, or ambient food supply chains and demand planning.
