Job Title: Sales Manager - PEMB Building Systems

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales efforts for our Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically with custom steel buildings, and have successfully exceeded $3M in gross sales annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for PEMB building systems.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, and architects.
  • Lead the sales team in generating new business and expanding market share.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients regarding custom steel building designs and specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, bids, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure all sales are closed effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the custom steel or PEMB industry.
  • Proven ability to exceed $3M in annual sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PEMB systems, construction, and design.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel as required.
