Job Title: Project Manager – Bridge & Infrastructure Construction

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing projects that include new bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation/overlay, concrete culverts, and retaining walls. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, technical expertise in civil construction, and estimating experience to support the estimating department as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of bridge and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.

• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.

• Utilize construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS) to track project progress and documentation.

• Assist the estimating department on an as-needed basis, providing cost estimates and project input.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on all project sites.

• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in bridge construction, bridge rehab/overlay, concrete culverts, and retaining walls.

• Experience in estimating construction costs and supporting the estimating department.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques for heavy civil projects.

• Proficiency in HCSS, Procore, and Bluebeam is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
