Job Title: Project Manager – Bridge & Infrastructure Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing projects that include new bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation/overlay, concrete culverts, and retaining walls. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, technical expertise in civil construction, and estimating experience to support the estimating department as needed.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of bridge and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Utilize construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS) to track project progress and documentation.
Assist the estimating department on an as-needed basis, providing cost estimates and project input.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on all project sites.
Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in bridge construction, bridge rehab/overlay, concrete culverts, and retaining walls.
Experience in estimating construction costs and supporting the estimating department.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques for heavy civil projects.
Proficiency in HCSS, Procore, and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
