We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and industrial builds across Northern Iowa.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking.
Direct project teams and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
Qualifications:
8–12 years of commercial project management experience.
Demonstrated success leading large or technical projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred.
