An established industrial and commercial builder is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and enforce the company’s job-site safety program.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage corporate safety policies and programs.
Conduct site safety inspections and compliance audits.
Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
Investigate incidents and maintain required reports.
Support field leadership with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing construction safety.
OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or CSP preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA and state safety regulations.
