Responsibilities:
Oversee preconstruction planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Manage subcontractors, materials procurement, and project documentation.
Conduct project meetings and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and change-order logs.
Enforce job-site safety and quality compliance.
Qualifications:
4+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Proficiency in project-management software.
