Job Description

A local bank in Sheridan is confidentially hiring an Ag Lender to serve ranch and farm customers across Sheridan County and northern Wyoming. You'll manage the full loan cycle, from new business and underwriting to structuring, closing, and servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with ranchers, hay producers, and ag businesses
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral, including cattle, equipment, and land
• Structure operating, equipment, and ranch real estate loans and prepare credit presentations
• Complete ranch visits, annual reviews, and portfolio monitoring
• Offer deposit and other bank products to ag customers
• Use FSA guarantee programs when they make sense

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Range Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Ag lending or ag credit experience
• Ranching background or solid knowledge of cow-calf operations
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable covering a large rural territory
