A community bank in Pella is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its local office and serve customers across Marion County. This hands-on role blends team leadership, consumer and small business lending, and real involvement in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, motivate, and develop the branch team
• Grow deposits and loans throughout the local market
• Take consumer and small business loan requests from application to closing
• Oversee daily branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver great service and connect customers with the right products
• Stay active in local organizations and community events

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven leadership and people skills
• Consumer or small business lending knowledge
• Dependable, organized, and able to juggle priorities
