Job Description

A local bank in Windsor is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Lender to grow its presence in northern Colorado. The role covers new business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing for businesses and commercial real estate clients across Weld and Larimer counties.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and offer fitting lending and deposit solutions
• Cross-sell treasury services and other bank products
• Look after existing relationships and expand them over time
• Reach loan and deposit growth goals
• Open new business accounts
• Evaluate creditworthiness and draft loan memos and documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Commercial lending experience in a client-facing role
• Polished communication and presentation skills
• Background preparing proposals and underwriting credit
• Organized and able to manage several priorities at once
