A top-rated, boutique firm with a strong reputation is seeking an experienced insurance defense attorney to join their team. With a client focused approach, they strive for transparency which makes this firm the best of the best. They serve clients in almost 10 different states and handle cases such as insurance defense, business litigation, workers compensation, personal injury and more. They are looking for a senior associate to add to their PA office!

Qualifications 

• 2-5 years of litigation experience preferably in premises liability, personal injury, general liability, etc.
• Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including premises liability, bodily injury, and general liability claims 
• Handle all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial
• Conduct depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trials
• Collaborate closely with senior partners, clients, and support staff on case strategy and resolution
• Licensed in Pennsylvania
