Job Title: Tax Senior
Location: Bristol County, MA (Hybrid: 2–3 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Dependent on Experience + Bonuses

About the Opportunity:
A well-established and respected public accounting firm in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a talented Tax Senior to join their growing team. This is a confidential search for candidates who are seeking a long-term home in a small-to-mid-sized firm environment that values collaboration, professional growth, and quality client service.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review a wide range of returns including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 990
• Serve a diverse client base across industries such as nonprofits, manufacturing, automotive, and small businesses
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• CPA or EA candidate (sitting or licensed preferred)
• Proven experience in both preparation and review of tax returns
• Familiarity with ProFx Engagement (Audit) and UltraTax (Tax) software
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
