HVAC Estimator/Project Manager in Sioux City

Job Description

I am currently working with a growing HVAC company in the Sioux City area that is looking for an Estimator/Project Manager for their commercial division.

The duties and requirements of the position include:

• Develop estimates for new and existing projects.
• Understand project requirements.
• Manage the projects being worked on.
• Work with all areas involved in the projects including engineers, techs, installers, etc.
• Inform customers of delays and obstacles.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
• 5 year’s experience estimating and project management preferred.
• Experience in estimating software.
• Commitment to customer service and building relationships.
