A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its Philadelphia practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with 7+ years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, tax, and wealth transfer matters.

The attorney will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate and tax planning, trusts, business succession, and complex transactions. Experience with closely held businesses, M&A, and federal estate, gift, and income tax is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of relevant Trusts & Estates experience

• Pennsylvania Bar admission

• Strong estate, gift, and tax planning background

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and/or closely held businesses

• LL.M. in Taxation preferred

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-management skills
