Project Executive - Commercial Construction in Kissimmee

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Executive in the commercial construction industry to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for large-scale construction projects. The Project Executive will serve as the senior point of contact for clients, ensure alignment with company goals, and support project teams in delivering safe, on-time, and profitable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level leadership and direction across multiple projects or major complex projects.
• Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Mentor and support project managers and senior staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
• Review and approve major contracts, expenditures, and change orders.
• Monitor project financials to ensure profitability and compliance with company objectives.
• Partner with business development teams to pursue new opportunities and support proposal efforts.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with proven success on large or complex projects.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of construction contracts, financials, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (degree preferred not required).
