Overview
We are seeking a motivated Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our Land Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape growing communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of land development projects from concept through construction
- Support preparation of site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility design plans
- Perform engineering calculations and assist with technical analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple disciplines
- Assist with preparation of reports, specifications, and permit submittals
- Support project managers with budget tracking and scheduling tasks
- Participate in client meetings and coordination with regulatory agencies
- Ensure accuracy and quality in design and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months
- 0–4 years of experience in civil engineering or land development
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
