Project Manager / Estimator – Asphalt Paving

We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator with experience in asphalt paving to support both bidding and project execution. This role will focus on municipal and private roadway paving projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and submit bids for asphalt paving projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Manage projects from award through completion
• Develop and track budgets, schedules, and job costs
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and clients
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience estimating and/or managing asphalt paving projects
• Experience with municipal and private roadway paving required
• DOT or federal project experience is a plus
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
