Senior Project Manager – Traveling (Casino Project) | Virginia

We are working with a well-established general contractor that is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale casino construction project in Virginia. This is a high-profile build and a great opportunity to join a team with a strong pipeline of complex projects.

Position Overview:The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from preconstruction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage large teams, and experience delivering complex, high-value projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall performance

• Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and procurement

• Coordinate with owners, architects, and internal teams

• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance are met

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience on casino projects OR highly relevant large-scale commercial projects

• Strong background with a reputable general contractor

• Demonstrated stability in work history

• Experience managing large, complex ground-up builds

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel / be onsite in Virginia
