A well-regarded Calgary-based law firm is seeking a solicitor-side lawyer to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced lawyer with a portable book of business who is looking to leverage a strong platform to continue building and servicing their clients.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio

• Handle a broad range of corporate, commercial, and/or real estate matters

• Draft and negotiate agreements and transactional documents

• Provide strategic legal advice to business clients

• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-referrals and client service

Ideal Candidate

• 3–10+ years of call

• Experience in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law

• Portable book of business required

• Ability to independently manage files and client relationships

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on practice growth
