Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney: Lead the Pre-Lit Department at a Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm in Glendale, $160K to $200K+ Plus Bonuses

Our client, an established plaintiff personal injury firm, is seeking a Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead and manage its pre-litigation department. This is an in-office position in Glendale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned PI attorney who wants to take ownership of a department, mentor a team, and directly drive case outcomes and firm growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the pre-litigation department, including attorneys, case managers, and support staff
• Oversee a high-volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value, and set strategy for each matter
• Prepare and negotiate demand packages and settlements with insurance carriers
• Set department workflows, standards, and goals, and track performance
• Train and mentor team members to deliver excellent results and client service
• Coordinate closely with the litigation team on cases that move to suit

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, with substantial pre-litigation experience
• Proven track record of negotiating strong settlements
• Leadership or management experience, or a clear readiness to lead a department
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
