Position Overview

Our client, an established heavy civil and site development contractor, is looking for a Chief Estimator to join their team in the Kansas City metro area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating department and bid strategy
• Oversee and mentor a team of estimators/PMs
• Review and approve major bids
• Work with ownership on growth and pricing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil estimating
• Prior lead or chief estimator experience
• Estimating software experience
• Strong leadership and communication

Compensation

• Base salary: $140,000 - $160,000
• Strong benefits package
