Project Executive - Commercial Construction
An established, award-winning general contractor in the Atlanta area is seeking a Project Executive to join their leadership team. Known for delivering complex commercial, healthcare, education, and institutional projects, this firm has built a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and long-standing client partnerships.
As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in leading multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the driving force behind client relationships, project strategy, and executive oversight—while mentoring the next generation of construction leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project teams in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align expectations and drive results.
Mentor project managers and superintendents, fostering growth and professional development.
Ensure financial success of projects by monitoring costs, contracts, and revenue performance.
Represent the company’s values and commitment to excellence in every aspect of project delivery.
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record managing large, complex projects
Strong business development skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
Expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
