Litigation Associate Attorney📍 Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
💰 Salary: $100,000 - 170,000+ (commensurate with experience)

A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team handling complex civil matters. This firm is known for its work across toxic tort, product liability, general liability, local government, and commercial litigation, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact cases in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

About the Role

This position offers hands-on litigation experience with the ability to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced trial attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution

• Conduct and defend depositions, including plaintiff and expert witnesses

• Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial

• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues across multiple case types

• Assist with trial preparation and provide support through trial

• Maintain accurate and timely billing records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience (asbestos and/or product liability experience preferred)

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing in Texas

• Strong experience with motion practice and depositions

• Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions

• Ability to independently manage files while collaborating within a team

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
