Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury, including but not limited to Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Workers' Compensation (WC), and tractor-trailer incidents.
• Strong legal acumen and ability to handle cases independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
