About Us: We have partnered with an award-winning title company and law firm currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Closing Agent to join their dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Closing Agent, you will play a critical role in the successful completion of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the closing process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and that all parties are informed and satisfied with the transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the real estate closing process.
• Review and prepare closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, and title insurance policies.
• Conduct title searches to verify ownership and ensure there are no liens or encumbrances.
• Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Schedule and conduct closing meetings with clients, explaining all documents and ensuring they understand the terms.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage escrow accounts and disburse funds accurately and timely.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Closing Agent or in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and standard practices.
• Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow processes, and closing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Real Estate License or Closing Agent Certification is preferred.
